Laptop Schedule
Great Monday Morning Ross Woodward Parents and Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well and staying healthy during this unprecedented time. There is a great deal of unknown surrounding COVID19 and its impact on our school year. That being said, our staff has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare hard copies and electronic work for our students to complete during this shutdown. We are using Google Classroom to set up distance learning opportunities so that teachers may provide purposeful and meaningful work for their students so they may continue to learn. We have attached a guide for parents on how to support their child using Google Classroom for your reference.
In order to further facilitate this work, we have scheduled a time for you to pick up a Chromebook for your child on Thursday, March 26th. We are giving priority to those students who are in need of a device – if your child has a device, please do not pick up another one for them as our supplies are limited.
Given the strict guidelines set forth by the State and Federal Government around social distancing, we have staggered pick up times as indicated below.

| H through N | 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. |
| O through Z | 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. |
We have implemented a procedure with the health and safety of all in mind. Please be sure to follow the below outlined procedures:
- Pick up location is the Bus Loop off Barnes Avenue
- Please pull all the way up to the bus canopy
- Please stay in your vehicle – a staff member will bring you a device, charger, and an agreement to sign
- Please exit slowly to Barnes Avenue
We know there is a lot of uncertainty regarding the rest of the academic year. We ask that you please reach out to your child’s teacher should you need any support whatsoever. Our team stands ready to support you and your family in whatever manner necessary. Additional resources may also be found on our district website, www.nhps.net
