The Explorer's Way

All members of the Ross Woodward Community follow The Explorer’s Way: the four principles that guide our actions and lives as Ross Woodward Explorers:

We are a PBIS school (Positive Behavior, Intervention & Support) that believes in promoting and recognizing positive behavior in order to give rise to a school climate and culture that fosters good citizenship, intellectual development, and personal growth. We use a universal reward program, Explorer’s Bucks. Students earn Bucks when they are observed exhibiting good decision making and following The Explorer’s Way. Bucks are then redeemed at school-wide PBIS events.
